We added a "Follow" button to the user profile page. When you follow other users, you will receive their recently posted content listed on your "My Feed" page (found on the top menu).
There is no email notification implemented yet, but you can already add followers to your account and browse your personal feed. The users you follow can see that you are following them.

There's a bug. You can also follow yourself. Doesn't do any harm, but is definitely a bit silly.
