The idea to have a profile of your chordconstruction (tension and release) can be used fo rcomposing seems to me
So suppose you modulate from Cmajor to Aminor than there is no "mountain figure" ?
Perhaps it is complex to get a algorithme for this?..in theory you can program anything so...
