Hi
In the library window-File-Import-Standard midi file-i choose the folder that have inside bass midi files.
I check All Files in directory and for default the instrument appears GM.Acoustic Grand,i select it and press Change and choose Bass-GM Synth Bass 1 Ok and now is GM Synth Bass 1 selected.
I press Start Import and all the bass midi files are imported with GM Acoustic Grand instrument assigned,not with the GM Synth Bass 1 that i changed ?

This is a known limitation of the batch import.
Since all files in a folder may have a different number of tracks and use diffrerent instruments, the settings per track need to be determined automatically for each file.
You can check the switch that sets all tracks to static pitch and assign sounds after the import completed.

Ok yes for midi files that have different tracks and instruments must be very difficult to assign or impossible but for midis that have all their tracks the same instrument it would be nice to can import them at the same time with the same instrument different to default GM piano but this new feature is wonderful
