With Factories, they retain the parameters used to create it, to spun new variations if needed.
Do you think is possible to have the same for imported phrases, after all, the analysis process knows the hypothesis used. ???

Analysis (import) and synthesis (factories) are not based on the same parameters. They serve very different purposes.
We did generate variations of imported phrases already, although only for drum patterns. A factory can in theory be trained to create rules from patterns detected in a phrase, but apart from rhythm, it's a very complex process that requires lots of input to make sense (like training a deep learning network). It's basically like training a style, rather than a phrase. We're not there yet.
