As per the title. So as to avoid uneccessary mouse clickage. How about Alt+1 for arrangment, Alt+2 for Matix, and so on?

More shortcuts for everything.
Synfire is already so fast at getting ideas down once you get going, but for me what's slowing me down is lack of shortcuts.

Yep. +1!
What would even be better is a "command focus" mode.
This would keep all existing shortcuts as is and add a layer of one-key commands.
Very useful for switching between (F)igure, (V)elocity, (R)hythm, (T)ranspose etc.
Or use it for edit commands (c)opy, (p)aste, (x)cut etc
For reference:

Errm … +1/2
As I can see, there are already a plenty of shortcuts … ;-)
But I would very, VERY appreciate when I could make individual shortcuts for whatever I want to.
cheers

Agreed, a shortcut editor would be awesome.
And then.. stringing shortcuts together in a list, doing all kinds of crazy things.
And then.. we could share them.
I'd also like a pony :)

I don't use shortcuts. Because of me, there can be thousands of shortcuts but I just hope that all operations will remain accessible with mouse operation (or pen operation on tablet) as well.

Looks like you haven't shoveled out that big pile of manure in the stable yet. ;)

I'd rather see other issues, functions and videos addressed first.. Yes, their should be a shortcuts page.. It should be user defineable... For me, I'd create the same shortcut counterparts that are what I use in Logic.. Each user would tailor it to co-inside witht the shortcuts their DAW use..
I'd also like a 'finish the piece and turn into a hit record shortcut' button.. That would be next to 'the Phat mix' button.
