Is it no longer possible to create user-defined Harmony templates that can be accessed from the Parameter Inspector?
With Synfire 1 you could store progressions (.cogpro files) in the Synfire >> Config >> Progressions folder and they were then accessible from the parameter inspector. That doesn't seem to work anymore. .
The inspector menu now has an item "Show in Explorer" which points to the directory Synfire >> Config >> Parameters >> Harmony, so I thought, that would be the new locaction to store the progression files. But it doesn't help, the files don't show up in the inspector.
By the way, in Synfire 1 there were much more predefined Harmony templates. There were several subfolders of them. Where did they all go? There are only about 20 left.

Use the right-click menu over the Harmony outlet. You can add as many templates you like.

Ah ok. Now I see, why it didn't work with .cogpro files. The templates are now stored in format called .cogparam. Then I have now found a nice occupation for a lazy afternoon. Converting cogpro files to cogparam format.

The cogpro files with multiple "sections" in them weren't especially handy. One progression (or any parameter) per file is more easily maintainable.

Absolutely agree with that. I found out, that the .cogparameter files can also easily be organized in sub folders which then translates to sub menus in the parameter inspector. Nice. It's just a bit of work for me to do the conversion from cogpro to cogparameter files. But nothing dramatic.
