different voicings/inversions for different instruments
That's what layers are for and the Layer parameter. In the progression editor, split up big chords into smaller units by adding layers. Each layer will use a sub-chord of the big chord.
Then in your arrangement, set per each instrument in the Layer paramer, which of the layers (1-4) it is supposed to play.
find out inside Syfire each note of the harmony or melody is playing
Switch to the Interpretation parameter. If Interpretation uses Auto-Chords, you can see them there.

I was wonderig if we could use intervals as well not only chords, like powerchords for instance.
Those options could show on the pick chord option.
Base harmony Cmaj7.
Piano base harmony.
Guitar C5
Rhythm Guitar C-G-B as ostinato.
