Can't upload files to a topic

I wanted to upload an mp3 here but I just get an internal server error.  I was able to upload a file previously but it doesn't seem to work the past week or so.

 

An AJAX HTTP error occurred.
HTTP Result Code: 500

There are known issues with uploading large files. We fixed them and they just come back after a while. This site is hopelessly outdated and needs to be replaced eventually.

It might work with a smaller file.

Fie is 4 mb.  I'll try exporting it again with a lower bitrate on the mp3.  Maybe that will help. Otherwise I will post to SOundCLoud and share a link.

Best off uploading to SoundCloud or YouTube then posting the link here.
