Container make room only works if you select container after selecting range

Reproduction steps

1. Start new Arrangement

2. select 2 bar duration
3. Creaet 2 container of 2 bar size adjacent to each other in the root container
4. Select container (root)
5. select range
6. open container menu
7. make room is grayed out (incorrect)
8. Select container (root)
9. open container menu
10. make room is selectable (correct)
