What does that command do? Can't figure it out. First off, what is a region? Previously there was a "Extract Phrases" command, which is not there anymore. Did that new command replace it?

Oops, that's for development only. The item made it into the menu by accident. It should put every phrase in its own container, but that didn't turn out to be a useful feature now that we have the Overview page.
I don't remember Extract Phrases. Probably a similar non feature.
