Dot Color to Show Status of Snippet Substitution

Hi.

Admittedly, this is a pretty tweaky FR, but I do think it supports clarity of operation if it is reasonably achievable.

Consider the orange dot:

There are currently 4 states a snippet can be in  -

1.    Original snippet playing, nothing else scheduled
2.    Original snippet playing, substitution scheduled for next pass
3.    Substitution snippet playing, nothing else scheduled
4.    Substitution snippet playing, return to original scheduled for next pass

Currently, the orange dot appears for states 2 and 3.

I suggest that a dot appear for states 2, 3, and 4, with a different color for each state.

This would allow the user to know exactly what is playing now and what is coming next.
