Hi there, not sure if this is the correct forum for this question, but I need some help with my ilock license manager?
I have Synfire installed and registered fine with in ilock. But I have not opened the ilock manager in some time and when I checked it today I am not logged in on the main interface.
The probelm is, I have not got my ilock account details saved, and the email that I origionaly registered my ilock with has been closed/deleated for inactive use and therefore I am unable to do a password/ID reset.
I tried to look for an email link on the ilock main page and could not find one. And in order to submit a ticket, you need to be logged in.
I though about regestering again, but I think that this will upset my Synfirefire Pro activation.

First you should update License Manager to the current version. Can download from the site directly.
If you lost access to your original email address, you'll need to contact PACE support for a reset. They will certainly be helpful.

Hello Andre, I think that I have found my ilock ID. I was checking out he Synfirepro 2 upgrade page and it list my ilock Id there.
I tried this ID on the ilock recovery page to be sent to a differnt email and I get this message: "can't find user ID...".
