wold be time saver if we can activate / deactivate
especially Independent and Harmony parameters for all tracks globally by one click

but it would really greater if we had this ability for all parameters
Algorithm , Symbols , Accidentals etc.

Yes, this has been on the agenda for a while. The import dialog needs a facelift. Unfortunately this is almost a rewrite of the code and would take relatively long, so other things received higher priority until now.
