Is there a way to shorten the decay on the instruments you play through the palette? For instance, I want to test chords in C major, but each chord I hit lasts for like 5 seconds. I would like to have the chords last for only maybe a second. If anyone knows how to accomplish this, it would be appreciated. Thanks.

a short click triggers a sustained chord.
click a little longer and it will stop after you release the mouse button.
