Please see attached screenshot.
Basically what happens if language is set to English it still uses some German dialog.
System is Mac mini (intel) - Sonoma - latest update.
To reproduce.
Click on Grant File Access button under Audio/ midi setup tab in settings.
This opens a Select volume window which is in German.
