Mountain Lion

I would wait at least for the next two updates. The zero releases of OS X always had issues. With 10.8 I noticed the file open dialog behaves strange (updates slow or missing), although it is easy to deal with this. Possibly over time we will find more minor glitches like that.

Now will Synfire work on latest Mountain Lion (10.8.2)?

Does one need to install from original synfire disk - or a download?

There is a downloadable edition available now. You can also download it if you have a Pro DVD edition. And yes, it runs on 10.8.

To be clear how/where to get downloadable install :

1. I do have the Pro DVD edition (ie I got a boxed version)

2. I have license on iLok

3. What/where do I download from? I see "updates" on my account - I don't see full version. Do you mean the demo version and then pop in iLOk and it will be full version?

You can install the update. It works like a full install.

Yes I was able to install from download. It all works great. ie Synfire+Mountain Lion. No issues!
