I just thought that I should add that as it wasn't on the forum, so I hunted and pecked till I found it.

Shift + . = would be cool for overdub

ALSO

I found a minor bug in the metronome. If it is disabled and there is a number other than 0 in the countdown, the countdown will happen but the record never starts.

I remember the record hotkey was on the number block of the keyboard. The problem is this is a comma in Europe, because the decimal separator is a comma here.

Obviously keyboard shortcuts need to support localization, which is a major development challenge. We therefore want to wait until we have an editor for user-defined keyboard assignments, so everybody can tweak these themselves.
