- Navigation: New zooming with mouse wheel (Ctrl/Alt, Shift+Ctrl/Alt)

Resolved Bugs:
- Audio Engine: Improved handling of note, articulation latencies
- Audio Engine: Fixed issues with playback dropping early notes, articulations
- Horizontal scrolling with mouse wheel was broken (Windows, Shift)
- Tools mouse pointer not reset properly
- Fixed an issue with setting a container loop
- Fixed an issue with cutter tool
- Chords-only playback intermittently dropped first chord
