Usability: Selecting multiple parameter values can be tricky

To be clear, I am only trying to help here, I am not griping ;-)  Nor can I judge the priority of such issues.

For completeness: I see the same issues when trying to select multiple figure symbols, just did not include that in the video. Happy to record another video with that in case it helps.

Yes, the lasso is finicky. Didn't know it is this way with parameters other than Figure as well. Must be a general problem with the selection tracker. Thanks for bringing this to attention. 

I have noticed it's more reliable if you wait a short time between the first click and dragging open the rectangle.

Ah, indeed I can confirm that this helps for all the cases I tested, i.e. velocities (polyphonic parameter), flow (monophonic parameter), figures and individual symbols. Will try to adapt to that in my workflow.
