I was able to install the backwards 18.5 Synfire Pro, from inside standard 18.5 SFP.
But 19.0 Beta has to be installed from online site. I opened Chrome browser and went to my link, "Synfire.com" and it brought me back here. I tried Internet Explorer and it refused to go to "Synfire.com", said it was unsafe.
I was updating plugin locations, etc in Synfire 18.5, and sudddenly a window popped up. "New updates are available". I clicked on the link and it took me to the download site.
