Violin on Ice - cinematic music video

Author Ruchir

Sorry all.

I used the magic of Synfire to use similar elements in two tracks recently. This is the second one. I'd be curious if you could spot the substantially reused elements from my previous track posting.

Well done. I like this one more than the other one, not sure why. Maybe because I have a penchant for slow burning sci-fi. It also has a more cinematic, epic feel.

I couldn't spot the shared elements either. Might so, if I listend carfully again, but it's definitely not obvious to an unsuspecting listener. Actually one of the selling points of Synfire: Re-use, re-use, re-use and get something new every time.

Thanks Folks.

There's basically an entire container from the first piece that's simply been dropped into the second piece without changing the instruments it serves, figures or anything else. Only thing different is it conforms to the harmony. It kicks in after the intro, and repeats a couple of times, forming the body of the piece. Each song is therefore a variation build around the same container.

That's a wonderfully written song, Eduardo. The singer is very talented.

Thanks for sharing. I think the song deserves its own thread, though.

Eduardo, a catchy song. I am curious: is ther a Synfire's share in the making?
