Organizing Pallet

Let's say I'm making a pan-tonal pallet. I've reduced my catalog to about 32 chords and want them all on the pallet at the same time (on all notes). I choose the chromatic scale only and with the Layout>>>Settings screen I'm able to get them all on there. My question is how can I organize them. If I don't "group chords" they are listed from bottom to top in the same order as the catalog. If I use "group chords" things get pretty mixed up like dominants in with the augmented on the same block. I'm cool with the non grouped scheme but is there a file I can edit to arrange the chords in the order I like?
