I lost my Ilok today on a bus.. WHAT a hassle. Took forever to get thru Ilok sight,then toldme, it will cost me $130 to get a new one zero turnaround. Everything had this ZT trademark. I'm asumming that was for instant turnaround time.. Of course there was now human being to talk to.
YES what another rip off. Here' a person carrying 1 - $20000 on a zipdrive around his neck. and he's held for hostange when somehting bad happens... I have ALWAYS HATED ILOKS
I guess the poor mans work around is to request another Authorisation from manufactor, and then go buy a wnd Ilokd..Chouldn't find a descrpition on Ilok siteh..
Andree could you advise.. This little episode has already blown several days out of this week

I reported Ilok lost to Ilok.com. They de-activate it permanently and notify original software company. (once de-activated it cannot be used again). I bought a new Ilok, Andre issued a new license, and I was up and running. Ilok offers a Zeroturnaround but it is rather expensive ($130). They will immediately issue a temp license (provided the original software agrees to it). You can then purchase a new Ilok and get everything back together.
If the software company (in this case Cognitone moves quickly, you can be up an running in a day or two.
