Importing MIDI Drums

I'd like to use the MIDI drum loops that ship with Kontakt 5 drum kits in my Synfire libraries to power the Kontakt kits as devices, from within Synfire.  I can import the MIDI files and play them back through the Kontakt drum kit but Synfire plays different drums from the imported MIDI loop than if you pay the same loop natively in Kontakt.  

Is there a way to get the imported MIDI loop to play exactly what it woud have played if run directly from within in Kontakt grooves?
