As of Synfire V1.10.7b5 for Win 10, when using in conjunction with a large rack of MIDI Drones (haven't tried it any other way):
The entire interface will stop responding at some point, usually after clicking away from the program to Ableton and then returning to Synfire -Force Quit is the only way to exit. This is happening at least once per hour or two..
