Enjoying Sprike already? We'd love to hear some feedback and encourage you to explore it and create some new sounds. We'd love to hear them!
I should note that Synfire 1.8 is around the corner already. Among other things, it will also improve the handling of device descriptions for multiple instances of the same synth. Our short-term goal is to get rid of the awkward duplication and have only a single DD per synth model, that can be shared by any number of plug-in instances. This will greatly simplify things, especially for light-on-CPU synths like Sprike, of which a dozen or so instances in a song should not be uncommon.

Pretty cool! I'm looking at it right now. The waveform display seems a bit odd. I don't think it represents anything close to the waveform. :) There's a good variety of sounds in the default installation which is great. I was curious, is there any documentation for it? There's no mention of documentation on the tunefish web site.

A very brief user guide is part of the GitHub project, but otherwise you're on your own with figuring out the parameters.
I did so when creating most of the presets and had much fun. Although Sprike has its imperfections, it is very capable and versatile. Most of all, it's very lightweight, so you can easily add 10 or more instances to a song.
