This is an example song featuring 10 instances of Sprike and no other synth (except a drum preset from Soundcase). So this is a real demo of what you can do with Sprike alone.
I've attached the arrangement for you to play around with. It requires Synfire 1.8.1 or later.
Let us know if you like it, and if not, don't hesitate to modify and/or remix it and post your results here ;-)

Sorry for being a party crasher on this one... somehow the instrument assignments did get messed up for me. The Engine correctly loads the Sprike instances and the sounds but some of the instruments get "taken over" by my JV 1080. The MIDI data is being sent to my external port instead of the Sprikes in the Engine... strange...
Next time I'm at the studio computer I'll take a screenshot of the faulty instrument assignments and attach it here.

Just checked with a JV-1080 on external MIDI (global rack). Can't reproduce.
Did you update to 1.8.1? Sprike installed?

Asche auf mein Haupt...
Sorry for the hassle, I didn't notice there was an update being issued that solves the problem I've complained about.
After updating all is fine.

I just got the 1.8.1 update and I'm looking forward to messing around with Sprike. My next Synfire tutorials can focus on using Sprike which makes the results so much easier to share. :)
