UI: Keyboard Shortcuts for Embedded Help

Hi,

Please provide keyboard shortcuts to toggle  

a)  show/hide for the embedded help

b) the lock for the embedded help display

Ideally, the keyboard shortcuts should be user definable.

If this is already present, my apologies, and please advise.

I'll add that allowing the Embedded Help pane to be torn off into a separate window would be quite helpful too.    

If I could I would often just leave it open on a separate monitor.

Unf. I observe the keyboard shortcut toggling of the Lock only works from some pages/tabs.

For today's test, F1 is the Help on/off, and I assigned F2 to the Help lock (default was alt-F1).
