Make Zoom-to-Fit into a Toggle

Hi.

I'd like to suggest making the zoom-to-fit icon (hollow circle) at the lower right of the Structure window into a toggle between the fully zoomed-out (fit) view and the immediately prior local zoomed-in view.  ( ala Shift+- )
