How to convert Synfire P/E to audio file

Posted

I see a red bounce button, but nothing happens when i try to convert a arrangement to audio ?--> yes it takes while
What procedure to follow to get a audiofile from the SFP/E arrangement -> bounce or export from SFP/E to DAW and there export to audio

It is a realtime bounce (i.e. it works not the way you are accustomed to from Cubase). Click 'Bounce' and then play your arrangement. Synfire will write a WAV file from what you hear.

For clarity, Cubase can 'real time' bounce if a user has some reason for wanting to render that way. It can also 'sum internally,' meaning, that you can record your internal audio output from a track or busdirectly to another track.

Unlike Synfire, however, it cannot yet freshly grind the beans for my morning coffee and deliver a fresh, hot drip.
