Hi Andre.
For some reason, Synfire will not load the latest VSL Synchron player.
Secondly, is it me or is the Synfire GUI less responsive than previous versions?

As the error message says, you might need to check your eLicense key's driver installation and USB connection.
I'm on Mojave and a 12-core Mac Pro. UI responsiveness has not changed. At which actions specifically do you experience a lower UI?

Hi, Andre.
The problem with Synchron Player only arises in Synfire. Studio One sees the plugin, both AU and VST, without any problems.
As for the interface speed of Synfire, here is a short screen: is it normal for the SPL to proceed in jerky steps?

The playhead shouldn't be that jerky. Depending on how complex your arrangement is, the UI sometimes struggles to keep up with a running playback. It is merely a visual thing that doesn't affect audio.
It's difficult to assess why the VSL plugin wouldn't open. It appears to want to launch 'Synsopos.app' and fails doing so. I don't know what that app is. Neither the Audio Engine nor the Scanner would block a plugin from doing anything.
Does this message show up during a plugin scan, ore upon regular loading?
Did you update eLicenser software?

I've just installed the new version of Steinberg's elicenser (a license management software, in my opinion, horrible). Rien a faire: it won't load the VSL plugins and will return the same error message.
It's okay, I'll do without it.
How is Synfire development progressing? New features in sight?
