harmony navigator keeps crashing wtf

Everytime I click a chord on the progression chart it says a runtime error occured and that a crash report was saved to disks then asks me to quit the program or continue. Also I am getting no sound from harmony navigator when I click the chords. Please help ever since I updated to 2.7 its been like this thanks in advance guys
