I'm getting quite a few of these lately, and I'm submitting them. I'm not doing anything unusual, just trying to copy a phrase from one instrument to another, or something like that.
Are the reports useful? Will you be supplying any patches to stop them happening? Although it says it should be safe to continue, I feel better closing down and re-starting, so it's a bit frustrating having to do so quite regularly.

Thanks Andre.
This has happened before, where I have submitted crash reports and heard nothing until I post on the forum.
It makes me wonder, do you see them automatically, or do I have to post on here in order to get them fixed?
I would like to think that each crash report is acted upon straight away, and a patch update is released to fix it. But there seems to be very few updates lately so it makes me wonder.
I'm not having a go, I'm really loving Synfire at the moment. I just want to understand if it's really worth submitting these reports.

These reports are absolutely important for development. They are collected in a database automatically and investigated later, usually before a new update is due. Providing a patch for each individual report is not viable (unless the issue is a very serious problem and is reported by multiple users).
