I try to record a track with 6 note strum chord.
- There is latency.. it takes a half measure before the chord is sounding.. can i improve this that the chord is starting at the recording point?
-Another point is to get the right chord ?: it is not correct sounding..Synfire is not playing the right chord tones for the HALion trigger pads chords.
I do have a whole series of chords in HAlion5 for sounds under trigger pads , but can't play them now in Synfire
How to get the chords from HALion5 into Synfire?

I think i found finally a solution for getting the right sounding HALion 5 chords in Syfire !: correct the chords in the harmonizer..as it seems it is playing now the right chord tones. :-P
The chords not playing on the right time.. how to get this fixed?

I choose not the asio for all driver and the timingproblem is fixed
example strum chorsds https://soundcloud.com/janamdo/halion-strum-chords-64bit
To get the right chords from the triggerpads in HAlion is no problem anymore (listen to th eexample of two strumming chords )when it has a chord symbol, but there are chords without symbol ..how to get those ? ( i must bring them in Cubase 7.5 ? ..but that seems to be not possible ..maybe with version 8 ?
I don't know if you compose more tracks together with the strumming if this chance again the strumming chording in Synfire ( i hope not )

Finally.. i get also the notes under the triggerpads in HALion5 in Synfire same sounding where there are no chordsymbols written on the triggerpads
I add the triggernotes in the take parameter editor and then in the harmonizer figure out what chord it is
( the figure recognition for the take parameter was first set on sustained chords by Synfire.. add the option for accidentals ( the chord has 4 black keys ) it become a customized preset for the figure recognition )
When finished with the take and chord symbol recognition in the harmonizer... i apply the figure recognition preset on the take.
Now i do have a figure what sounds exactly as under the triggerpad in HALion5
The idea is to make a library in Synfire for the triggerpads from HAlion5

Take parameter : retains recorded /imported notes for sub.......
The only way to get the existing HAlion5 Chords under the triggerpads is not recording or importing the chords BUT draw the notes in the take parameter and then feed this into the harmonizer.
So i think there is here a third method ..should be a idea to get a dedicated take editor for this with a keyboard , because it is now too hidden and with a improved handling..userfriendly

Now chord constructing in the take editor is going very slow..you need a new keyboard on the clickboard to enter the triggerpads chords from the Halion5 keyboard in the take editor.
On this way you could create any needed chord...opens new sonic possiblities and can follow/apply the composing examples.
If this can be streamlined..
