How to get the example phrase library sounds 2015 back in a new external library ?

I use a lot racks.. i like to add the Example Phrase 2015 library found as a embedded library into a external main library.

How do i get the right soundassigning from this Example phrase 2015 library back ( it seems to be broken ) in the external main library. ?

i need this library working ...How to fix this ..?

(note : what is the option rebuild rack?... rebuild the selected rack in the audio&midi setup screen or rebuild all Racks ?

It is a general midi library for the example phrase 2015 ... so the sounds are programmed to a general midi sound

There is global GM rack for HAlion..ok i solved by making a new device description for GM (initialize GM )

Is it not more userfriendly  to give the option:  initialize new GM device description  when the default library not is working?

The library does not include sounds, only description of sound properties. It looks for the most similar sound it can find on your global rack.

Ok, It seems that luckily for me by initializing again the GM device description on the GM rack the Example phrase 2015 library are assigned to the General Midi sounds (GM)!
