when I load the sylenth vsti and select a preset in the sylenth editor, the next time when I open the arrangement there is another preset loaded, the first one of the vsti.
How is it possible to let synfire restore the selected preset, including all other preset parameters.
It must be possible somehow, because other software like fl studio or ableton can do it too.

This plugin "Sylenth1" arranges its presets in a "special" way, so that synfire cannot correctly extract the device information with the preset list. So I cannot use program changes to select a preset. But as mentioned I can select it in the preset editor.
Furthermore, I set "program" to "none" in the synfire instrument, so program changes are disabled. "Bank Select" is set to "plugin-Preset", but it should have no effect, as I don not send any progam changes.
It's a very odd behaviour: I have loaded four instances of this plugin (engines 1:08 - 1:12). All are configured with the same settings.
I noticed that some some presets are restored relieable and others not. And also strange: even the more "problematic" presets are sometimes restored correctly. A matter of luck it seems.
Something must be wrong with this...
