Got this today. Can´t really remember when exactly but on a dblclick

No sleep mode active.
It´s a repeatable error. Open the Audio & Midi Setup: Current Rack, open the Global Rack tab and make a dbl click to generate a new Rack module. See attachement (sorry for the small size)

Thanks. The double-click is a true bug (just fixed for next update). It won't crash if you select "Internal" or "MIDI" first.
The other crash E9046 would only happen if something changed the CPU configuration during sleep or similar. Not sure why this happens. Has been reported twice lately. Apple seems to have changed something again ... this hasn't happend for years.
