Andre,

In version 1 I had the following setup.

Cognitone to Cubase (virtual midi) and Cubase using VEPro for instrumentation. This gave me the benefit of experimenting and creating patterns on cognitone, and using multiple outputs from VEPro on Cubase.

I am not able to setup the same with version 2.

I tried creating a midi device and pointing it to a virtual midi port and added 4 channels. I didn't see midi going out of synfire to cubase.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just checked. Can you post a screenshot of the rack module that uses the MIDI device?

i was able to get it to work. I realized that loopmidi was not up and running. I created a rack module with the midi device and also created a device description. Working like a charm
