Seems to be not possible to add folders in the Audio Plug-Ins header in the Rack module library for
Windows ?

You save presets on the rack module and they'll appear on the browser automatically:

Its not easy to understand the manual : example : But most importantly, you can grab the preset in the browser and drop it on any Rack ( what rack is this?) , Rack Module or Instrument ( where situated ) to restore it.
Its a old problem i am facing again : its written in programmerstyle and trial and error is the worst learning strategy to have.
Perhaps a index with definitions of what all names are standing for ?
I understand the idea of saving a user sound ( a preset )

Did you start by reading the first manual chapter on underlying concept? That explains a lot of the terminology. Terminology on audio-related concepts like Rack and Instrument are explained in the Audio System subsection. This documentation is also acessible from within Synfire dynamically (the doc relevant to whatever GUI part you hover over is shown).

There is a search function integrated into the help system. Even better than an index...
Personally, I find the manual very helpful.

Yes, I also looked at this chapter of underlying concepts to search for the concept: rack.
Unfortunately I could not find anything here about the concept": rack.
Also tried searching and got a whole list of search terms from the help system
Now with re-reading I did see an explanation of rack, but I must be a bit more patient with the search, then it might work.
Is also in the audio system described: rack, but that requires that I just have to go searching in the manual and also requires the necessary reading.
Quickly find the term: rack that succeeded in my opinion not smoothly
