Different parameters shown in the phrase editor and the track sheets

The phrase editor and the track sheets can show different parameters at the same time, which is very useful. However, sometimes this capability is seemingly lost for me and their parameters are basically synchronised: whatever parameter is chosen it is shown by both at the same time. This state of coupling is preserved after restarting and reopening a project.

I would like to decouple the parameters of these two displays again. Is there some switch I missed that controls this?
