The Vienna synchron player does open on the Vienna ensemble pro server normally, but in Synfire it shows a small block and thus does not open.
Use the vst3 version and Windows 11 pro.
Strange..in Cubase 12 it works normal too
When i bought the synchron smart orchestra VSt from Vienna yesterday , the trouble started?

Looks like a bug. Might be related to screen resolution. How do the other VSL plugins behave?

Have tested all the plugins from Vienna SL
Only sync player+surround player don't work and give small graphic block.
Loaded a regular Vst like Halion and seems to work properly.
Have changed the download location of Synchron player via Vienna assistant and installed word on C drive, but as expected no difference.
Could it have something to do with registration of synchron player?
I will now reinstall synchron and delete preferences: this will delete all your preferences for this software, including settings for display, audio and performance.
I also remember something about an aborted installation of the synchron player and this may have corrupted the preferences?
Have tried something but nothing happening and ask this also on VSL forum ...
( a memory issue ? )
