iLOK - SF2 Activation Error

I own Synfire Pro 2.

The iLOK is running.

iLOK registration took place much earlier.

Internet connection in on.

Since today my SF2 cannot be started due to activation error.

It worked fine over months before.

Reboot of Mac MIni M1 on Sonoma 14.0. does not solve.

Update to latest iLok License Manager, sign in, right-click on the iLok and do 'Synchronize'. Also verify the license is actually on that iLok.

It sometimes happens that SF2 won't start on my computer because it can't find the iLok. 

The cure has always been to simply remove the iLok from its USB port and then reinsert it.

Takes 3 seconds, and works every time.

Getting a activation error here as well. I have updated the Ilok app....I do not see a synchronize feature. Using the cloud ilok. 

 

EDIT: fixed...for some reason the cloud was not running.
