MIDI File Import: Ignore First N Bars

Hi,

The new (Synfire 2.4.0)  'Simple' option for MIDI file importing works wonderfully when we want to slice a MIDI file into known chunk sizes on import.  This is a big enabler!

One remaining "gotcha" here is when the MIDI file starts with a count-in before the musical material.   In this case all the slices are offset by the count-in amount, and thus incorrect wrt. the goal.

Unf. it is sometimes impossible, or impractical, to fix this at the source.

Please add a feature to allow us to 'Ignore First N Bars' (where N is settable) when using the 'Simple' MIDI import option.
