Guyt's I have to be honest Synfire has so many bugs, great idea but full of bugs. I've worked on software and most daws on the market for over 20 years which had a few bugs now and then but this program because of how buggy it is makes using it hard work and kills the workflow.
From simple things from altering volume on tracks (0 volume that cant be moved by mouse once touched)
Dont even talk about the drones !
It's hard not to be negative every time I use Synfire there's a problem/Bug/freeze that kills the workflow and for 779 € . :-(
It's very annoying and a time waster on projects.

Please report the bugs and they get fixed within a few days sometimes the same day

I understand the frustration when something doesn't immediately work as expected. Even minor things that keep you stuck can have a big negative impact. They can be addressed and resolved only if we become aware of them. Whatever obstacle you are facing or when you see bugs, email us to support at cognitone dot com directly. Cognitone is very responsive and has a fast turnaround for updates.
As we are at it, Version 2.5 build #8 is already in the making with more robust and faster Drones. We will also make a video to show a workflow with Ableton Live.
