Hi.
I notice that the Palette itself will follow the harmony of the arrangement as it plays.
I also notice that the Palette keyboard window
will follow (show) chords that the user manually click on the Palette.
However, the Palette keyboard window does not follow the the harmony of the arrangement as it plays. It would be nice if it did.

Ah, the chords were off-screen. Once I shifted the visible area of the keyboard to find them, there they were, tracking the playback.
Perhaps some sort of (optional?) "auto-center" could be implemented for the Palette keyboard window, or maybe at least some sort of dynamic visual to tell the user there is "activity above" or "activity below".
Yes, eventually the educated user will know to start hunting when only a blank keyboard with no activity is seen, so the question I guess at this point regards effort vs. reward to make a change that would assist uneducated users.
