I know I must be missing something obvious but... The View >> Zoom In, Out, and to Fit menus all show shortcut keys with a diagonal arrows. I have a full-size Mac keyboard and it has no such diagonal arrow keys. I've tried all the normal conventions but can't find anything that works as shortcuts for the zoom commands. Any help?

The diagonal arrows refer to the Home and End key respectively (located in the middle keyboard area)
On newer keyboards, Page Up and Page Down are depicted as up/down arrows with a double strike-through.
