Add a new rack/module destination ?

Can Synfire add a rack/module destination that outputs rendered MIDI to a selectable system MIDI port, so tools like Divisimate, loopMIDI or LoopBe30 can receive Synfire’s MIDI in real time?
I like to play Divimate in Synfire...
