Hi,
I have a question both technical and philosophical - how to have Synfire play the blues?
For example, consider a simple, all dom7 chord blues, such as Blue Monk.
In Bb:
Bb7 Eb7 Bb7 Bb7
Eb7 Eb7 Bb7 Bb7
F7 F7 Bb7 Bb7

What would be a good setup(s) for the Vertical, Horizontal, Relation, and Key of the chords

so that Synfire would play as "bluesy" as possible.
Likely there are multiple possible ways to set it up for decent results, so I'm interested in multiple answers if people have come at this with different approaches that they feel work well. Thanks!

This is what I made out of the given progression:
I set up every chord's relation to be the same scale (Major) with the chord as root, so it's all about the Mixolydian mode here.
Put up a bunch of instruments and a Minor Pentatonic improvisation for the saxophone.
Did not use the Engine, just General MIDI.
What do you think of my "Blues" (guess it's not Blues at all as I'm not experienced with this genre)?
