Changing tempo of library phrase pool?

Is there a way to change the tempo of library figures? The tempo of the figures in a phrase pool is shown in the phrase pool info, but seeming cannot be edited (and the field is greyed out).

I am aware that the tempo can be adjusted later to the project tempo when the library figure is pulled into an arrangement, but the ability to adjust the phrase pool template for previewing library figures could nevertheless be useful.
