Drones and recording in Synfire.

I am trying to set  up some drones in Synfire and Logic x.

 

Once I have set up a my drones and try and record in Synfire I no longer get a 1 bar count in. Instead the recording starts immediatly on bar 1.

 

Is there a solution to this problem?

The DAW transport can't go before zero, which would be require in order to play a metronome preceding bar zero.

Solution: Add 1 empty bar ahead of your song. You should do that anyway, so there's some room for synths to set themselves up, MIDI CC to be sent, etc.
